Whitebark Restaurant

Located just off the lobby, Whitebark features great food, a contemporary ambiance and great views of Mammoths soothing surroundings.  A fire burns warmly in the center of the open, airy space inspired by our country's national parks.

Our open restaurant allows you to observe our chefs while they prepare meals.  Watch as they grill premium steaks, sauté fresh fish, create aromatic pizzas, and wow you with plancha cooking - grilling on a metal plate - and other inventive specialties.

Enjoy a menu with great variety for every appetite for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

During the 2009-10 winter ski season we are offering a special apres ski menu.

About Whitebark
Some unique features of the restaurant are the types of wood used in its construction. Reclaimed from barns on the East coast of the United States, the American Chestnut wood that is used throughout the Whitebark was gathered from Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Virginia. 

Other unique features within the Whitebark include the bar area where there are 375 California River Rocks hanging over the bar (approximately 2 tons of rock hang over the bar tender area). Seven larger river rocks are also suspended from the entrance of the restaurant.
