Located just off the lobby, our in-house restaurant, Whitebark features innovative dining options to include a new sushi menu. A contemporary ambiance and great views of Mammoths soothing surroundings set the atmosphere for any occasion. A welcoming fire burns warmly in the center of the open, airy space inspired by our country's national parks. Enjoy a full meal from the innovative menu, or simply stop by for evening drinks at the lounge.

BEGIN ANEW: NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL MENU

Find renewal with our tantalizing New Year’s options:

• Butter poached NY steak with black garlic, black trumpet coulis, and chard caramelized onion potato gratin
• Sea bass stacked with king crab, lemon and vanilla reduction, white asparagus, and chanterelle mushroom or
  Sunchoke and apple anglotti, pine nut, crumbled blue, and chervil

The new year’s celebration($50) will include:

• DJ starting at 10 PM
• Complimentary champagne toast at midnight
• Coat check
• Admittance for the celebration will start at 8:30PM

Dinner- 6 Course pre fixed meal($140) with an optional wine pairing.
Children 6-12 ($45) Standard children’s menu($8-9) available for children under 6.

All guests joining us for dinner are invited to stay for the New year’s Celebration at no additional charge.
