Terms & Conditions

• Offer is only valid at The Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth.
• Package includes one all day adult bike park pass for each person on the reservation, $20 F&B credit at Whitebark per person per night stayed.
• Rates from $225 per night is per adult, based on single occupancy.
• Rates are per person, per night. Valid for one night stays.
• Bike Park pass is required for Bike Park Shuttle, Panorama Gondola and Stump Alley Express.
• The Bike Park Pass provides full uphill transport by gondola, shuttle and lift.
• Bike Park Shuttle operates every 20 minutes from 9am - 5:30pm, Panorama Gondola runs from 9am - 4:30pm, Stump Alley Express chairlift runs on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) from 10am - 4pm from early August through early September 2010 (depending on weather and visitation).
• Whitebark F&B credit can be used toward food and beverage in the restaurant.
• Not valid for in-room dining.
• F&B credits not consumed during stay are non-refundable and non-transferrable to any date after check-out. F&B Credits and Bike Park lift tickets are only available for guests on reservation.
• Reservations must be cancelled prior to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 24 hours will have one night room, bike park ticket and tax forfeited. Bike park hours are from 9am - 5:30pm daily, weather permitting.
• Additional bike park passes for adults (13 and over) and for children (12 and under) are available for purchase at the front desk at a discounted rate when you book this package only.
• Guests are responsible for arranging bike and gear rentals in advance.
• Westin Bike Valet service included. Guests of this package will have their bike stored by Westin in locked, over-night storage in a secure area.
• Bikes are not allowed in guest rooms.
• Bike park passes must be consumed during stay.
• No refunds for early departures. Limited availability.
